    Very disappointing and below average location.

    Hotel was allowing guests to smoke pot in their rooms which then allowed the odor to hang around the floor and rooms. Carpets was and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Previously lived in Novi and was visiting friends. This hotel should be removed from Bookings website will never stay here again.

    The front desk lady was missing for about 45 minutes. Called the hotel and they could not help find her. There were other ppl trying to check in as well. Room stunk, floor was stained pretty bad. Couch was wildly disgusting, looked like someone peed all over it. Sliding door to the balcony door also would not lock. Then they wanted a $100 deposit, like we could possibly make it any worse.😳 The one photo looks like butt cheeks on the couch.
