    The room was tatty and depressing. Will never stay there again and will definitely not recommend.

    The only good thing was the bed, it was very comfy.

    We paid for an upgrade on our apartment to find the furniture torn. We were there for 8 days and no cleaning service and expected to take our bedding to reception to pick up clean bedding and make the bed ourselves! We would hate to see the room we were allocated before the so called upgrade.

    location was great.

    Upon arrival, no one was at front desk, or responded to phone calls. Was locked out of hotel, unable to get checked in--and had to wait for well over an hour, and was only helped because some other patrons helped me. It is true, I arrived at around 2:00am from a red eye flight that was delayed, but I did inform hotel ahead of time. Room was great. No complaints at all there.

    Decent

    The price was really good for a reasonably good hotel with decent facilities.

    Didn't get housekeeping once for our 8 night stay... Also, the kitchen sink clogged mid stay and even after reporting it, didn't get it fixed.
