    Flight was looking to be cancelled and we were able to book, without worry of cancellation fee. We waited 10 hours due to bad weather and it seemed obvious, so looked for a hotel that was flexible on check in and good cancellation policy

    A deeply disappointing stay marked by unpleasant odors, inadequate cleanliness, maintenance problems

    The only positive aspect was having a kitchenette in the room, which was important for our family of five. Unfortunately, its usefulness was significantly reduced by the lack of adequate cookware and utensils, as well as maintenance problems. Overall, there was very little about the experience that we genuinely enjoyed.

    Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially for a family with three children. The room had a persistent, unpleasant carpet odor and a cigarette smell. The carpet was so unpleasant that it triggered allergy symptoms in me and my children. Housekeeping was only weekly, and the cleaning was inadequate. My wife repeatedly had to ask the housekeeper to vacuum the carpet properly. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with insufficient cookware and utensils. The sink and dishwasher leaked, and we had to insist several times before maintenance was arranged. Getting dishwasher detergent and assistance from the front desk was also unnecessarily difficult. The atmosphere was not family-friendly. Large work trucks arrived every evening, groups of workers sometimes gathered in the parking lot drinking alcohol, and we occasionally noticed the smell of marijuana around the property. The front desk staff showed little patience or willingness to help with our requests. The room conditions were so disappointing that we tried to shorten our stay through Booking.com. Despite contacting both the platform and the hotel, we could not arrange the early departure with a confirmed refund. We ultimately had to stay for the entire reservation to avoid losing even more money. I would not recommend this property to families with children. The poor cleanliness, unpleasant odors, maintenance issues, inadequate kitchen facilities, and unhelpful service made this a very frustrating experience.
