    Arrived for check in at 10 PM. Rooms were flooded and no one bothered to notify me that I'd been moved to another hotel about 10 miles away. Arrived and new hotel and treated like I was bothering the desk attendant who was sitting on his phone when I arrived. When I checked in, the room was $50 more than my original room. Called the original hotel and told them I was not paying more so they booked me into a 3rd hotel. Arrived there to check in around 11 PM. Would not have selected this property, the person at the front desk was the nicest person I'd dealt with so I decided to stay. Sonesta was definitely flippant about the whole incident and when I asked for a corporate number, the woman said...there isn't one...you can look, but good luck with that.
