    The Luxury of Luxor !

    Wowee ! What an amazing place. Clean, luxurious, friendly staff. Beautiful view, lots to do at the property and nearby. Nice restaurants and bar area. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.

    That I only book two nights ! Should’ve spent my whole trip here !

    Terrible customer service, rooms not ready on arrival, construction at night, forgotten luggage. No care for customers.

    Location is excellent

    We booked expensive river front rooms and when we arrived, neither were ready. We have small children and were waiting 40mins after checkin time of 2pm, before they had one room ready. Nobody greeted us on arrival. Nobody offered us welcome drinks. There was heavy construction going on directly above our room and they were drilling still until 8pm. We called twice to complain. They continued. We then woke up again at 10pm again with sawing and my husband went in his pyjamas to stop them. This morning we had an early checkout and we called to ask for our luggage to be brought down. Half an hour later they still didn’t bother so we had to rush back to our rooms to fetch it ourselves. I’ve had much better service at 3* hotels in Egypt honestly. The internal doors were full of dust due to construction. We were all sneezing and coughing as the room was covered in dust by ongoing drilling.

    They're best at customer experience.. we were delighted that they waved off 80 dollars on our request to extend ourcheck out time. Excellent nile views.. amazing breakfast spread.. fantastic rooms.. highly recommend
