    La piscine, l’emplacement près d’une zone commerciale.

    Un énorme cafard vivant et courant dans notre chambre lors de notre dernière nuit. Ce qui a causé une belle frayeur à nos enfanrs. Nous l’avons signalé le lendemain au manager qui n’avait pas l’air très intéressé par cette information. Sans parler de compensation, aucun geste n’a été proposé. hormis de simples excuses. Ce n’est pas digne d’un établissement de ce standing. Ce type d’évènement peut survenir mais il faut un mînimum d’écoute et d’empathie, mais aussi de proactivité. Nous avons fait beaucoup d’hôtels aux Etats-Unis. Le client est toujours considéré er nous n’avons jamais eu de soucis en cas de demande ou le cas échéant de ŕéclamatoon. Une déceprion car l’établissement semblait bien noté.. C’est la première fois que nous séjournons dans cette chaîne et la dernière. Par ailleurs nous n’avons pas eu de facture détaillée malgré nos demandes, l’hôtel nous renvyant vers booking.

    I am disappointed because I booked a 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds in 1 room and a king in the other but what I got was a

    It’s a bit dated/old….especially the hallways and elevators

    The staff was exceptional! They went above and beyond for us during our stay and made the stay so enjoyable with how friendly they all were. The breakfast buffet had great quality food and was always stocked and fresh. The pool was well maintained and clean.
