    Heerlijke week gehad in Niederau!

    Locatie was heel fijn, op loopafstand van restaurantjes en cafe's en 1 van de liften.

    Het appartement heeft geen buiten, dus je kunt niet even lekker op het terras of balkon zitten. Daarnaast leek het op booking.com alsof er een zwembad bij zit, maar dit bleek 2 km verderop te zijn. Wel een heel fijn zwembad, maar niet naast de deur.

    Zomervakantie

    We verbleven hier tijdens onze zomervakantie. Heel compleet appartement, fijne slaapkamers met veel opbergruimte en prima woonkamer. Vlakbij "centrum" van Niederau met prima eetgelegenheden en gondel op loopafstand. Kleine speeltuin bij een ander appartementencomplex ook op loopafstand. Prima locatie om het gebied te verkennen. Hele leuke vakantie gehad met ons gezin (2 kinderen van 10 en 6 jaar oud), er is ontzettend veel te doen in de omgeving! Bij het appartement zit ook een pas waarmee je toegang hebt tot 2 gondels en het heerlijke zwembad dat op 5 minuutjes autorijden ligt.

    Helaas geen "buiten", daar hadden we ons op verkeken, en dat vonden we jammer voor een zomervakantie. We ontbijten en dineren graag buiten, en s avonds een drankje, maar er was geen balkon of tuintje, andere appartementen in het complex hadden dit wel. We mochten van de eigenaar de eerste week gebruik maken van de buitenplaats van een niet verhuurd appartement. Erg vriendelijk!

    Exceptional

    Lovely apartment in a great location. Lots of space, parking right outside. Quiet, comfortable. A great base from which to explore the area.
