Das Personal, insbesondere der junge Chef, ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und fleissig. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr erholsam mit Blick auf den Schlern. Die Lage ist gut, auch die Busverbindung zum Kastelruther Spatzenfest funktioniert bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wenn man nachts zurück kommt, sollte der Bewegungsmelder etwas eher einschalten, nicht erst kurz vor dem Hoteleingang.

Amazing location, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The spa and especially the view from the sauna are top notch. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

موقعه كان سيء وبعيد عن كل شيء تقريباً يبعد عن اورتيسي مسافة 25 دقيقة والافطار يعتبر جيد نوعاً ما

El hotel es muy nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Elndesayuno es excelente y las zonas comunes son muy bonitas. La cama comodisima y el personal es super amable.
La habitación era un poco pequeña y el baño un poco básico, un precio un poco elevado para la estancia que nos dieron.
