Die Wohnung wirkte wie frisch renoviert und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern (4 Jahre und 1 Jahr) 6 Tage da und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die in der Wohnung vorhandenen Spielsachen für Kinder kamen sehr gut an und wurden ausgiebig genutzt 😊 Die Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr gut: 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist eine Bushaltestelle, die Linie 60 fährt direkt bis in die historische Altstadt. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind kostenfrei, nan benötigt aber Glück, einen freien Platz zu bekommen, da Parkplätze in Rom sehr gefragt sind. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war ausgezeichnet, sie war für jedes Anliegen erreichbar und hatte sehr nützliche Tipps für die nähere Umgebung parat.

Excellent stay in the beautil apartment with a great location
Excellent for kids, the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need, you get a direct feeling you are at home. Bed is very comfortable, nights quiet. Location is excellent, good restaurants in the neighbourhood, beautiful forest walk next to the river, play ground, gelato…and most important - next to the metro, train and bus station with easy access to the city centre.

Fantastic stay in a very good apartment in a great location
The apartment is very well situated close to metro and train station (to the airport), there are many shops and supermarkets around. We came late and were welcomed with a bottle of wine and ingredients for the next day breakfast. The owner was very nice and helpful, during our stay we were in touch all the time. We got plenty useful informations about transportation and nearby good restaurants and pizzerias. The apartment had everything one could need for a really comfortable stay.
