Good location. Plenty possibilities for lunch, coffee and cocktails
Starting from the moment I’ve been in touch with the host everything was terrible. I’ve booked a room with balcony and I have received a ground floor room. I’ve been woken up by a pickhammer at 8 in the morning because just in front, 1 meter away, it was some constructions. I’ve been sending some videos with the noise to the host and I even don’t received some apologies because of the inconvenience caused. I truly believe that all it was a scam and I regret every cent I paid to them. The foreigners are not well received!!! I don’t recommend at all this place!

Overall, I would book this place again
Right in the heart of Olbia, just one street over from the main street of that city, however, still very quiet and not noisy at night. The bed was very comfortable and also had a lighting feature on the bedframe, which was really cool. There was plenty of space for two people.
There is no door separating the washroom /toilet as you can see in the pictures. I went with my partner, so we did not have issues, but I can see where this would be an issue if two people were not comfortable in that sense.

Get central starting point.
Right inside of the car-free zone. Close to bars shopping and restaurants.
It was a bit hard trying to get a taxi driver to drive us there, as they didn't want to go into the car-free zone. We tried to communicate that we were happy to walk any distance, just needed to get close by . We did some construction noise in the early morning.
