Good room with bad service
Location is convenient. Just prepare for stay up late on Wednesday as the nearby restaurant will play live music loudly until midnight.
There is no staff at all and we have to figure things out by ourselves e.g. How to handle the shutters. When the shutters got stuck and we reported it, the owner asked us why it broke This should be the question we asked the owner. We have to figure out when the exhaust fan did not turn on (because one of the wall switch was turned off). We have to figure out what is the temperature switch on the wall was, which turned out to be the control of the water temperature of the shower. We have to figure out how to control two air conditioners with one remote controller. We have to figure out how to unlock the safe. All these cause us a lot of time wasted There is only one set of towel per person for 6 nights stay. When asked for room cleaning, it cost 10 Euro!!!

Great location right near the train station and 5 mins walk from Tasso square. Spacious apartment with good aircom and a very comfortable double bed. Very easy check in system and when we reported we had no hot water , the situation was acted on straight away. We would return to this apartment if we ever visit Sorrento again.
