  View is amazing! Cleanliness is disappointing 👎🏻

  Absolute SHAME this apartment is not maintained or cleaned. THE view is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately wont beat your disappointment! The view is simply WOW! With views of the sunrise over the ocean, all the way along the beach follow the skyline to Coolangatta, watch the business of cavil av, soul boardwalk and beyond. Location is perfect even for families- So much to do in close proximity, Shopping, eating, hairdressers, tattoo, Woolies and the biggest bloody TimeZone I’ve ever stepped Foot in. I lost my kids several times and spent 20minutes walking around trying to find them. The 3 bedroom apartment is generous in size with two large balconies. The main balcony faces the ocean and wraps from main bedroom across to the living room (seating is glass table and 6 chairs). The second balcony faces the West (no seating) and wraps from kitchen to the remaining 2 bdrms. The main bedroom has WIC through to bathroom, with spa bath that looks through glass wall across bed and out to the ocean. Living room has large tv on the wall, a suede 2 seater lounge (fold out bed), two single seats, round coffee table, glass dinning table with aluminium seats. 2 bedroom has ki g bed and tv on the wall, while third bedroom has 2x king single beds. The apartment has a laundry, with small front loader (5lg) washing machine and a clothes dryer. ****FYI- This is a privately owned, 3brm apartment, lvl 21 of Soul Peppers Surfers Paradise. It is privately booked- not booked through Soul Peppers. Apartment does have full access to all pools, underground parking (x2) and all facilities.

  Cleanliness was not acceptable by any standards!!! Neither was the communication when issues raised on arrival. Beware, you’ll be spending $100s of your own money on cleaning products to clean a room you paid for to holiday in….For a booking that charges a $340 cleaning fee, you’d expect it to be reasonably cleaned….. nope it’s a joke! From squashed bananas on the floor, neon green glittery goo sprayed up the walls roof and curtains (my guess is popped kids squishy), safety guards missing on fridge and electrical wires hanging from out of the ice marker, to mop pads and brooms filthy black and full of gunk and hair from god knows how many bookings before!!! It really is such a waste and so disappointing how many issues of cleanliness or general maintenance issues identified on arrival. FYI,, you have to walk several blocks from Soul Peppers to the lockbox to get the apartment keys. Which the code to unlock is sent just before check in. Just in case you have heavy large luggage in cart around before check in. There is an independent luggage storage facility just opp Soul Peppers, that we utilised for several hours at our own cost to save all 4 of us dragging around our luggage.

  Great size apartment for a family in a fantastic location

  The size of the apartment was fantastic, great location and was good to have plenty of cooking utensils so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. Plenty of appliances too.

  Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. The main surfaces like benches, table tops, bedside tables, coffee table were clean as well as crockery and cooking things. But within an hour of being there our feet were so dirty from the floors that I had to vacuum and mop them. The bathrooms had lots of mould I actually went and bought a bathroom spray to remove it so my family weren’t in contact with it. Lots of dirt and grime around power points, light switches, skirting boards, and all the smaller less noticeable areas. The couch was also disgusting and way too small for the amount of people potentially staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. We couldn’t all sit together comfortably unfortunately. Some cupboard doors in the bathroom also very loose and close to coming off. Overall it’s a good place to stay but just needs a really thorough clean and a couple of upgrades. Would happily stay again if these were addressed.

  Great spot close to everything

  Fridge smelt like a mix of off seafood and over powering curry. Place was tidy but cleaners missed some areas which where quite dusty. No dish washing liquid supplied only tablets bit if a waste when you only used a plate and some cups. Having to collect the keys off site is a pain with limited to no parking available near the collection location

  A great place to stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

  The location was fantastic. Very close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The swimming pools, spa and gymnasium were great. We had great views from our apartment.

  We were warned, but there was very little in the way of toiletries and toilet paper. We were told that we could park anywhere, but it wasn't specified that parking for Soul guests was on level B3, which was a bit confusing when we first arrived.
