Instructions were clear, timely and straightforward. Modern system that was accessible. The whole check-in and check-out process was fully online. Coming in and out of the hotel was hassle-free too. The common area had a microwave, coffee machine and small fridge for guests. This was very much appreciated. The rooms had plenty of space in the room for luggage. Everything was clean and well-lit. Air-conditioning worked great too.

This is purely personal preference but the room booked was on the ground floor. Felt a iffy about being on the street level. Thankfully the windows had metal shutters and thick curtains for privacy.
