    Best place in Makry Gialos

    Great location - so close to the beach and a little cosy walk away from the crowded centre. Felt very welcome We were there for a little week in the middle of October

    This part of Crete didn’t disappoint us; it’s more intimate and authentic

    An excellent location, close to the beach; when the north wind blows, the sea is calm. It’s just a short walk to the nearby town, which has plenty of tavernas. Prices are reasonable, lower than in the northern part of Crete.

    The tamarisk trees provided shade; unfortunately, there were only two of them for several guesthouses.

    Appartement au calme à Makrygialos

    Très bel appartement en bord de mer avec tout le nécessaire. Endroit très calme. Soula est très accueillante et fait le maximum pour nous renseigner. Il y a une taverne et un bar à proximité immédiate et nombreuses tavernes au port très proche (10mn à pieds 3mn en voiture). Soula nous a préparé 2 repas gratuitement. Quelle gentillesse ! Merci Soula. Plusieurs supermarket pour les achats au port. Très bon séjour !
