Fantastic location! I’ve never stayed anywhere this close to the beach before. The property is very quiet and peaceful, fully equipped, and I have absolutely no complaints. It’s right on the main promenade, and the host is very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this place. And the terrace is simply amazing — the perfect cherry on top!

Maison au 1er étage, en première ligne de la plage de Perissa, dont la rareté tient notamment à sa superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer, ombragée et à l'abri du vent, équipée d'un lit, d'un canapé et d'une large table. Le logement possède 3 chambres climatisées, une très belle salle de bain et une grande pièce à vivre (salon, table à manger, cuisine) très bien équipée (lave-linge, réfrigérateur, congélateur, machine à expresso, vaisselle...). Le ménage y est fait chaque jour et les hôtes sont généreux en eau, café, serviettes, produits d'hygiène. Tout est fait pour le confort des clients. Au pied du logement se trouvent plusieurs restaurants, bars de plage, boutiques à souvenirs et dans les environs quelques supérettes permettent de réaliser des courses d'appoint. Nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable!

Acqua non potabile ma salata
Un appartamento con 3 camere da letto e un solo bagno, con una vista bellissima sulla spiaggia di Perissa. Molto pulito ma dotato solo di acqua salata (molto salata) . Un vero incubo, abbiamo dovuto comprare le bottiglie d’acqua per fare qualunque cosa dal lavare gli alimenti, cucinare e fare la doccia. Credo che dovrebbe essere indicato nella descrizione anche perché costa più di 200€ a notte. Mi dispiace ma solo per questo non tornerei.
Le tv non erano funzionanti e sinceramente non volevo perdere il mio tempo in vacanza per aspettare un tecnico, queste cose vanno sistemate e controllate prima.
