    Nothing

    The company that managed the property (not a particular) did not have knowledge about where was the air remote controller! Somebody took it or didn't exist...so no air in the living room, 35 degrees outside... perfect combination. No solution provided. That's the experience. Group of 4, two ok in one room, two not being able to sleep (no air in the other room) or stay in the living room
