    Spacious, clean and well equipped.

    Bedding not ironed, crumpled and creased. Makes you wonder if it's clean on.

    We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in this very comfortable and spacious house. Everything we could need was provided for. The house was beautifully clean and tastefully furnished as well as conveniently located. Lytham St Annes also proved to be a lovely place to visit, with beautiful beach walks and more. A complimentary bottle of wine, biscuits and chocolate from the host was also a lovely touch.

    It was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything that you would need. Check-in was easy, and the welcome pack left was a lovely gesture. The wine was very welcome after a long journey. The location was excellent. Easy to get to Blackpool for the day and equally easy to get to Lytham centre. Lytham is such a lovely place. We'll definitely be back.

    Spacious quiet house with garden and parking in perfect location near to lytham and st annes on the sea. Had everything we needed loved the welcome basket and milk. Pet friendly. Loved the amount of space in the house too perfect for a family. We cant to book and come again. Would recommend.

    Excellent accommodation will definitely book again

    Upstairs shower not as good as down stairs, but not a problem at all, we just shared the shower
