South American Copacabana Hotel

Please note that the hotel requires that the guest credit card has same name as the name on the reservation voucher. The hotel does not accept credit cards from anyone other than the guest listed on the voucher. As of the 26th of June'23, we are starting "Improvement work" in our apartments, where we are closing one floor at a time, as we will be prioritizing guests to grant Service Excellence. Rest assured that we, those responsible for the South American Hotel, will be doing our best to serve you, not letting the works have an impact on current accommodations.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
