    An exceptional apartment

    It is an exceptional apartment, the best I have ever been, great location, new furniture, large rooms, 2 toilets, big and equiped kitchen, 4 balconies, digital entrance, etc.

    Just a few things that can be improved, but nothing urgent or a resaon to not choosing the apartment, that is great overall (low water pressure, very noisy washing machine and dryer, some lights are not working, cusions too high, in the bathroom the sanitary ware is all with corners - it's painful when you accidentally bump into any of them, there is a cargo unloading area nearby and it is a bit noisy in the morning - a solution would be some better insulated thermal windows, a balcony door cannot be fully closed so the air current is entering and the noise too)
