  ​Die Hauptprobleme waren: ​Massiver Baulärm: An 10 von 14 Tagen extrem lautes Bohren und Hämmern im Gebäude. Ruhe tagsüber war unmöglich. ​Kein fließendes Wasser: Am Abreisetag gab es im Badezimmer keinerlei Wasser, wir konnten nicht einmal duschen. ​Hygiene & Schäden: Eine schmutzige/beschädigte Badewanne, Rost, kaputte Fliesen und offene Wandfugen. ​Check-in-Probleme: Falsche Schlüssel-Codes führten nach einer 17-stündigen Anreise zu erheblichen Verzögerungen.

  Disappointing

  The location was just one block from Ocean Drive and the beach. Had a designated parking spot.

  The apartment needs some serious TLC! The mattress needs replaced. Water pressure needs fixed.

  Awfully horrible, a matter of safeness, really!

  Location

  Everything was awfully horrible except for the location. The shower water was very very weak. Despite me complaining and sending videos to them, they stalled and did nothing. When they finally decided to do something, I was going to leave the next day. Even then, they entered the house without my knowledge or consent. This was a huge violation. Unauthorized entry is not legal. Entering the house without permission horrified me. Then I called Booking. Although the Booking customer service agreed with me 100%, the host refused to cooperate. They were acting as if they were mocking all the time. I felt very unsafe for the last two nights. I should also mention that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. A nightmare for your back during nights. Fyi. And, not to mention the noise from outside, which feels like it's inside the house, the age of the house, and the neglected kitchen appliances. Also, the front walking door next to the garage was constantly open. It wouldn't lock. The parking garage tunnel gate key code didn't work at all from the outside. You had to enter through the front door, open the parking garage gate from the inside, and then faslty run outside to your car and get inside. The parking garage fence next to the garage gate also was completely broken and lying on the ground all the way. I sent them photos of all this. But the situation hadn't changed when I left. For 9 days, the site gate and parking garage entrance were broken and open to everyone. I stayed all 9 days without complaining; I was leaving in two days anyway. I hardly used the house, except for the nights. I left it spotlessly clean, exactly as I found it. I didn't even change the trash bags because I never used them. I didn't worry too much about the shower, bed, or garage security issues. But their entry into the house without my consent was absolutely unacceptable. These types of people and places shouldn't be included in the Booking system.
