  never again

  Location is great, The overall cleanliness of the apartment was good. Air condition was great and 2 TV are good.

  disgusting COCKROACHES are everywhere. I had to throw away $150 worth of groceries because they were in the fridge too. The first two days our apartment was not locked because the lock was not set properly when we were inside. There was no hot water for almost 2 days, they offered us another room where we could take a shower, but we had no hot water for 2 days.

  Go Elsewhere

  The apartment is located between the vibrant Italian Market and East Passyunk Avenue areas.

  When we arrived, the Water Department had blocked off the street and dug a massive whole in front of the property. We were welcomed by terrible jackhammer noise and slept poorly throughout our stay due to the vibration of cars driving over the makeshift metal plate the department put over the hole. When I contacted the apartment management company, they seemed unaware of the repairs occurring. Although we had water in the unit, there was no hot water and, as a result, we took very cold showers the first night. The problem was eventually fixed, but we later discovered that the dryer was broken. As a result of these issues, we had to have service people in the apartment twice. The management company merely kept apologizing for the inconveniences and was not responsive when we suggested that they offer a discount due to the problems we faced. We have rented several properties throughout our travels around the world. Never have we had such a disappointing experience. Go elsewhere!

  Great stay!

  The location is great! Close to CVS, grocery store, wine/spirits store, literally across the street from the infamous Geno's Steaks and Pat's Steaks restaurants. Cute bar just below the apartment. Apartment was thoughtful in the sense of there was a full body mirror, washer and dryer, luggage holder, closet, TV in living room AND bedroom, A/C, makeup towels, seasonings for food, fully equipped kitchen, cookware, hair dryer. The bed was very comfy and pillows were perfect. There was an unfortunate situation that occurred and the host was kind enough to refund me some money back given that my trip was cut short. Everything was as the pictures.

  Parking sucks (not the hosts fault). Because the place is near some many attractions, parking sucks. During the day it isn't as bad because folks are at work but at night, it can be rough. I didn't appreciate that I had to pay either a waiver (cant remember the amount) or a 500$ deposit for incidentals. The 100$ cleaning fee for a 1bedroom apartment seems excessive, while I'm still asked to take out the trash if I were there on a Wednesday.

  Absolutely Beautiful!

  We loved the fact that the flat was shocked with needed essentials. We also loved the location and proximity of everything. Also, the neighborhood was beautiful, and the people were friendly.
