    Magnificent

    The breakfast is very good. And about comfort, probably install massive double glazing, because it's a busy avenue in front of the house and I got the front room.

    One insisted noise at night. I don't know if from pipes or electric system.

    Parking outside. Good location for Poole in general. Next to park. Bathroom was gorgeous and very clean. Breakfast items offered and gluten free stuff provided for me.

    The only thing we didn't like was that our room was at the front and it's a very busy road so it was noisy.

    The old fashioned feel of how things used to be which is better than the robotic feel of being a number at more modern places...in other words Caroline & Adrian care which in the modern world is rare & getting rareer....highly recommend Thanks & god bless you both 🙏
