A Memorable Stay… for Some Unexpected Reasons
We certainly made some wonderful memories during our stay, although I can’t say the accommodations contributed quite as much as we’d hoped.
Let’s begin with the kitchen, which appeared to be more of a conceptual art installation than a fully functional cooking space. No pans. The refrigerator’s ice and water dispenser was locked and unusable, and both the kitchen track lighting and chandelier were nonfunctional. Apparently, cooking dinner by candlelight was the intended aesthetic, although candles were not provided either. The sleeping arrangements were equally adventurous. The foam mattresses sat remarkably close to the floor, making getting in and out of bed an unexpected athletic event. For anyone with mobility limitations or back problems, this is worth considering. The couch offered little relief in the comfort department. The television provided yet another adventure. Several streaming services were already populated with previous guests’ accounts, with no apparent guest mode that automatically clears login information between stays. This left us playing streaming-service roulette: use someone else’s account if access was available, or simply go without. Beyond being inconvenient, this raises legitimate privacy concerns for guests who may not realize their accounts remain accessible after checkout. Sorry Carlos and Maria… I noticed a previous reviewer suggested that a swimming pool would have made the stay considerably better. And while I certainly wouldn’t disagree, personally, I’d have been delighted with a frying pan, functioning lights, and a bed that didn’t require a search-and-rescue operation to climb out of. I appreciate a minimalist approach to decorating, but there’s a difference between minimalism and missing basic functionality. We still managed to have a lovely time, largely because of the company rather than the accommodations. With some attention to the lighting, kitchen essentials, refrigerator functionality, and furniture, this property could offer a considerably better guest experience.

Perfect House and Host
It was last minute reservation and the host was more than amazing. The house was perfect ang in a great location and area of the valley.
Only thing that could have made the home better was a pool. Other that that it was perfect.

A great place to stay in Scottsdale
Everything was absolutely amazing, The pool table was fun, the bedrooms where large, and the backyard was the perfect place to chill. I loved the smell of the orange tree which was both in bloom and full of fruit while we stayed. Would 100% recommend!
