    The cleaning staff were good and did their job well, although they were slow, we had to leave the room for 3 hours for them to clean to be back and they still were not done took almost 3 hours to clean a single room

    The restaurant staff who worked during breakfast were very rude, almost all of them had the same bad attitude, and the hotel is not child friendly, they made my 3 year old very uncomfortable every time we went for breakfast to the point where he refused to eat and wanted to stay in the room during breakfast time. I don't recommend this hotel for a vacation or holiday or staycation, you will not like it. It's better for meetings and conferences without children.

    Everything was good except we were given 1bottle of water instead of 2 because it was me and my friend Either than that the staff were friendly and helpful.

    I was promised about a shuttle that will be complimentary but l didn't see it.
