    Excellent

    Centrally located, this town house boutique hotel features an attractive bar and breakfast area as well as a beer garden. The room I had (Cotton) was well proportioned and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

    Nothing really apart from no air conditioning.

    Outstanding Hotel

    Fantastic Grade Ii listed building, really friendly, staff, lovely tranquil atmosphere, excellent location, beautiful room with absolutely outstanding shower. I come to Exeter once a month work and won’t stay anywhere else. Wonderful Hotel

    3 night stay

    Lovely stay as usual. Very comfy room and the breakfast was cooked to perfection and took on board personal requests. By far the best hotel in Exeter so we always choose here if rooms are available. Always extremely friendly and accommodating staff who remember previous visits and provide the warmest of welcomes.
