Nicely appointed rooms, but hotel is noisy.
Location at the end of Duval and the Southernmost Beach is convenient to downtown. Parking is excellent. Breakfast is good. Beautiful grounds.
Constant noise from street work and depending on your room, we had 3B, live music blaring into the room from the shared wall.

Liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft in toller Lage mit herzlichen Menschen
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und werden, wenn die Gelegenheit besteht, wieder dort übernachten. Die Lage ist hervorragend, gegenüber des Southernmost Point. Das ganze Haus macht sofort einen wunderschönen Eindruck. Der Garten mit der Bar und der Live Musik ist angenehm und die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Duval Street beginnt direkt vor der Haustür und man kann bedenkenlos abends dort entlanggehen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig, denn die Bar schließt am frühen Abend. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, mit Obst, verschiedenen Brot- bzw Bagelsorten, Cerialien, Milch, O-Saft, Rührei usw. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose Parkplatz. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir lieben es dort einfach.
Dass wir schon wieder weg sind 😉 Es gibt unsererseits nichts zu beanstanden

Ideally located, very clean, breakfast was good, the bar and live music very nice. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Book a suite, especially room 5 with beautiful view and balcony.
