It was cozy, there was sweet attention to detail. Other than that it stayed sort of dark in the rooms (which was great for sleeping in - and also, it's winter) you couldn't really tell you were in a half basement at all. It was very thoughtfully designed.

Place was nice but thought we were getting a little bigger place also the other half of this rental was a 3 bedroom and bigger and they paid average a hundred dollars less than we did thought almost 700 was a little high after seeing it

The place is adorably decorated and both bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. Perfect for two people. Although on a very busy street- the basement apartment is relatively quiet and they provided earplugs and have fans in both rooms for white noise if needed. Thank you !
Website description is not accurate and confusing. The 2 bedroom apartment DOES NOT have a bathtub as listed, DOES NOT have a garden view, unless you look thru the basement window and consider seeing grass at eye level, a garden view. Also, small kitchenette- no stove, however the duel air fryer works very well for a creative substitution. A hot plate/ single burner option would be a nice addition.
