    We were very disappointed with this accommodation, as it did not match the quality or standard advertised. The following issues were experienced during our stay. The actual list is 26 in total. The owners/managers repeatedly made the same excuses, and repeatedly wvaded all of our list, in fact denying the most simplest and obvious of issues, like broken lights. Read through the past reviews and it has been exactly the same excuses for years. Access & Arrival - Finding the apartment was unnecessarily difficult. The instructions were confusing and relied on understanding the building's numbering system (e.g. B1-21-08), with no practical assistance from the host when clarification was requested. - The property is located within an older, high-density apartment complex rather than what would reasonably be described as an "Executive Suite." The complex houses all types of people, yet no one genuinely smiles, unless there is money in it for them. -There are many shops below the apartment blocks, yet the quality of food of 99% of them is extremely low. Many restaurants preparing, cutting and cooking meats and vegetables in the dirty alleyways behind the restaurants. - The complex is isolated amongst major highways, making access inconvenient. - A toll road is located only a few minutes from the complex, and travelling to central Kuala Lumpur requires passing multiple tolls in each direction. A return trip the centre of Kuala Lumpur will be 3-5 road tolls. To Batu Caves has 6-9 tolls. Building & Common Areas - The hallways and elevators had a strong unpleasant odour. - Communication at the main reception was difficult due to the language barrier. Cleanliness & Hygiene - Both bathrooms had a noticeable mould smell, with visible black mould on the shower water heater, door rails and tiles. - Cockroaches through the kitchen, dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms..
