    BAD customer service

    Cheap. That's it, if want a cheap stay.

    Customer service. Dirty Toilet. Uncomfortable beds. Don't leave anything behind in your room, they don't even take the time to check if you've left it there, this is because they don't work on site. When I did call to enquire if I had left an item, he said call back tomorrow, I need to 'prove' with house keeping. I did in fact call the next day, he said I need to call back as he needed to call house keeping. (Which I thought he was doing the day before) In less than 2 minutes called me back (I missed the call) and left a message informing me housekeeping had not found this item. (Bloody quick call if you ask me) Very disappointing, because I did in fact leave it in the room. I don't believe the phone call was made. It's extremely disappointing, the lack of customer service I received. Did I forget to mention how disappointed I am lol. Lucky this item is replaceable and is not of sentimental value. However, It's all about money these days, no cares how they treat their customers. I have stayed here in the past (but previous owners) and it was great. Not anymore I don't recommend, don't waste you money. I also don't want my money going people like that. In this economic, go for small business that are run by real people. Again. If I didn't mention it before, I'll mention it again. Disappointed Let's add: Rooms are outdated. Beds are uncomfortable Pillows are thin Couches are even worse. I also never leave reviews like this So you're bloody welcome.
