  L'appartamento è a pochi minuti dal mare e dal centro, abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella stupenda Sozopol ed è stata una bellissima vacanza. l'appartamento è davvero molto carino, spazioso, con tutto il necessario (clima, lavatrice, microonde, ecc) e un terrazzino davvero molto carino da dove si vede anche il mare. Al pian terreno c'è anche una piccola piscina e tavoli e sedie dove si può piacevolmente rilassarsi.

  Very disappointing.

  Unfortunately, our experience did not match the description of the property or the expectations created by the previous reviews. Arrival and check-in: The advert stated that there was in-person check-in, but on the day of arrival we were instructed to use a key box instead. One of the keys was missing from the key box, so we had to wait outside at night for nearly 30 minutes before someone was able to let us in. There was no staff member on site, and we found the communication with the owner unhelpful. Facilities: We found that some of the facilities described in the advert were either missing or different from what was stated: “Free toiletries” consisted only of hand soap. The advert mentioned a tea/coffee maker, but there was only a coffee maker. There was no kettle, so making tea required using the microwave. There is no sink in the kitchen area, meaning that kitchenware has to be washed in the bathroom. There was also no hairdryer in the property. We contacted the owner to ask whether one was available, but were advised to ask a neighbour to lend us one. The neighbours did not have one, so we had to find and buy a hairdryer in the nearby village. We left it at the property for future guests. The upper part of the bedroom window didn't have curtains, allowing the morning light to get in early. Cleanliness and maintenance: Although previous reviews described the property as very clean, we unfortunately did not have the same experience. The bathroom was quite outdated and had no apparent ventilation, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. The shower curtain was mouldy, and not long enough to create a full barrier with the rest of the bathroom. We also noticed several areas in need of maintenance, including parts of the laminate flooring, door frames and walls. Outdoor facilities: The outdoor pool did not look particularly inviting, so we did not use it. The pool bar mentioned in the advert was also closed throughout our five-day stay.
