    Had er meer van verwacht, personeel was zeer vriendelijk, maar beperkt..

    Slecht, echt spaans en , buiten dat er veel was, voor ons te weinig keus.

    Buffet, dat was echt slecht, eten was koud. Vooral dat wat eigenlijk warm had moeten zijn. Er was genoeg keus maar koud.

    Het hotel ligt midden in een industrieterrein en de kamers zijn oudbolig en zeer gehorig. Net of de vrachtwagons je de kamer inrijden. Het eten in het restaurant was niet te eten, allemaal magnetron gerechten, het was er ontzettend luid met schreeuwende kinderen en de medewerkster was heel onsympatiek! Ver weg van vriendelijk. Het spa gedeelte is achterhaald en heeft dringend een opfrisbeurt nodig. Je bent verplicht om een badmuts te dragen en deze moet je voor € 3 kopen. Je mag "maar" 45 minuten gebruik gemaakt worden, meer als genoeg in dit geval, en je moet er een afspraak voor maken. Je kan er niet gebruik van maken wanneer je wilt. Om de 10 minuten komt een zogenaamde spa meester controleren. Kortom, alles verweg van ontspanning en wellness.. Eerder stress en ongemak. We hadden 2 nachten geboekt maar we zijn na 1 nacht gegaan. Toen de receptioniste vroeg waarom we eerder gingen ,antwoorde ik eerlijk dat het ons niet beviel. Het enige dat zij antwoorde was "muy bien, perfecto". Er werd niet verder gevraagd of eventueel naar een oplossing gezocht / gekeken of er nog iets mogelijk was als tegemoetkoming. Heel triest!
