Das Hotel ist super. Sowohl das SPA als auch die Zimmer sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zusatnad. Die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption und in der SPA sind sehr zuvorkommend gewesen.
Qualität des Essens war nur mittelmässig. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war absolut schlecht. Teller hat man nie aufgeräumt, sondern gestapelt auf dem Tisch, so dass man jeweils den Teller mit der Hauptspeise auf dem bereits schmutzigen Teller der Vorspeise darauf stellen musste. Bedienung war auch nicht wirklich erreichbar. So dass, man zum Teil Besteck oder Salz/Pfeffer selber holen musste.

Spacious clean room with comfy bed, aircon and balcony. Had a great massage and enjoyed the pools and various saunas and steam rooms. Nice outside space to relax in. Friendly staff (despite our complete lack of Bulgarian) and good breakfast. Location was good for exploring Devin and surrounding area. We enjoyed playing billiards downstairs too.
The rooftop bar and cocktail bar in the reception area were not open during our stay. The nightclub was exceptionally quiet (just us playing billiards!) which was slightly odd but probably due to it being the end of the season (it was early September).
