    For a 4-star this hotel exceeds some of the 5-star in the region and nothing asked to be paid extra. Friendly staff, compliments (upgraded from half-board to all-inclusive, champagne in the room), big spa area with excellent pool and facilities, external hot pool and jacuzzi, underground parking with EV chargers, exceptional food in the restaurant (7-8 main options that changed every day, plenty of salads and deserts, etc.), the very big and nice lobby area (where they allowed us to take drinks from the all-inclusive restaurant).

    Almost nothing to complain. Facilities were a bit worn-out here and there but mostly fine - room bath shower could be better, the third steam bath was not maintained well.
