Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. • Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Large Rooms, Helpful Staff

    Was able to use the smaller Onsen privately, which was a pleasant surprise. Good location for travel in southwest Hokkaido.

    掃除婦、レストランの女性スタッフの気遣いや優しさがGOOD！ ただ、浴室のシャワーが使い終わっても止まらず、かなりの時間出っぱなし！ チョット残念でした。わかっていたのなら直ぐに整備する方が良いのでは⁉️

    도야호에의 접근성 불편

    가정식 저녁식사의 생선의 신선도가 높지 않았던 것으로 판단됨. 도야호 여행계획으로 잡힌 숙박이나 자동차 없이는 도야호 접근성이 떨어짐. 여름 해수욕장으로의 이용은 좋을 것 같음

    Property was in good repair. Food staff were helpful when i didnt know enough japanese to do it properly. Walking around the city there is a fish smell, due to being a fishing village. Not much in the way of public transport.
