Nice hotel to relax at the spa after a long day! Breakfast buffet was great, had a variety and was being refilled and tended to. Will definitely stay again

スタッフは若い方多く、挨拶もなかったり残念。お風呂と靴箱で100円玉を使用するのが、不便さと不衛生。入口まで階段以外で入れると良い。部屋から通天閣も見え、アクセスも良く、遊び疲れもお風呂で癒されるなど総合的に良かったです。お風呂がひろくなったらまた行きます。

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this hotel. The hotel room is clean. A few spa areas are closed due to construction. We want to check out the rooftop spa area before we decide whether we want to use it or not, but the girl insisted we have to pay even if we just want to take a look first! The reception in the restaurant is not friendly!
