Good location, clean rooms, easy check-in

It's not super clear that this is a shared apartment. At first the other people there didn't let us in, saying that this was a private apartment that they had booked + their dog attacked us. We had to negotiate with them and explain that we were pretty sure that we were at the right location, and then we showed them the keybox to our room. Communication could be smoother, because now we didn't feel very at ease.
