Nice location with a parking spot.
The location was easy to get in and out of and we appreciated the parking space. Made things easier with luggage and a car.
MOLD: There was mold on the ceiling of the shower area. Recommend removing the mold carefully and refinishing the ceiling. The entire bathroom should be properly cleared of mold as this causes lunge issues. LIMESCALE: The kettle in the kitchen was dirty inside with chalky mineral deposits called limescale. Recommend either descale regularly for your guests or buy a new kettle immediately. NOICE ALL-NIGHT: The people living upstairs above this property are up and moving around at all hours. This is heard in the common living area so the person sleeping in this area on the foldout sofa advertised for this home, hears noice throughout the night into the morning hours. It is likely that the owner of this property will not be able to prevent the noice from upstairs so highly suggest NOT advertising an extra sleeping place in your common area/living room if you want excellent ratings.

Did the job location wise but would not stay again
The property was in a good location and was easy to get to Thorpe Park, LEGOLAND and Chessington. It was also really convenient for getting the train into London from the local town, making it a good base for visiting the main attractions in the area.
The property was quite dated and unfortunately not as clean as we would have expected. It could really benefit from some decorating and general maintenance. There was also broken glass above the doors, which we felt was a serious safety concern, particularly with young children. The garden was also untidy and didn’t feel safe enough for our 4-year-old to use. This was especially disappointing as having a safe outdoor space was one of the main reasons we chose to book the property. Overall, with some maintenance, decorating and more attention to cleanliness and safety, the property could be greatly improved.

Great little flat in a super location. Left very clean and tidy.
The location was perfect for what we wanted.
The host had not left any bedding for the sofa bed but this was easily fixed with a quick trip to Asda.
