    Concert Stage Covered The Window, Music shaking the windows & Rude Owners

    The space was huge and was right at the main square.

    We booked the place for 4 nights. We wanted to stay in the square so we can see outside the window. In the photo it showed there is a window we can see outside. We didn’t know that there was a 2 day concert the days we booked for. Firstly, The hotel owners should have told us if a stage was going to be put up right in front of the building, touching the building and rising up to the window and blocking the window. They should have mentioned that there will be loud music till 2-3 am! It was so loud the windows were shaking because this room was the backstage of the concert. So imagine the surprise we got! When we mentioned it to them, they took no accountability for it. They said you should have checked before coming - how would we have known that a stage will be placed right next to the window?! The owners were very rude and unaccommodating. A simple acknowledgement and an offer to make things better would have been nice enough. Attaching photos of the non existent view to the square from our window and instead you can see that we are the back stage. I wish I could share the video where you can hear the music. Also the reviews about cats and garbage at entrance is true.
