Mala gestió, poca empatia i desampara

Havíem fet una reserva per allotjar-nos de l'11 al 16 d'agost de 2026. La reserva s'havia pagat d'avançada feia una setmana i tot estava llest per gaudir de la nostra estada, però l'establiment va anul·lar la reserva 24 hores abans que hi entréssim. El pitjor de tot va ser que l'establiment ens van cobrar una fiança per l'estada (que no havíem gaudit) de 199£ i que el retorn dels diners pagats per la reserva van trigar uns dies en fer-se efectiu. Per continuar la nostra estada a Liverpool vam haver de fer una reserva in extremis en un altre allotjament i assumir financerament els diners que ens havíen cobrat i no retornat abans de fer la nova reserva. Malament aquest allotjament i malament booking, que tampoc ens va ajudar i ens va atendre els missatges d'atenció el client 6 dies després, quan ja havíem tornat a casa.

We were over the Grand National great locations and instructions to get into the property were very clear. Very spacious two bed apartment.
The bedroom on the street can get quite noisy but this comes with the great location.

A perfect apartment, would stay again and recommend to others.
10/10 apartment, brilliant location, furnished very well especially the very comfy sofa, lots of windows but not very noisy. Has everything you need.
