    The space and location

    The facility was not properly cleaned when we arrived and onsite staff blamed it on another unreliable cleaner struggling with alcohol.

    We had a very pleasant stay, the place is very well located and value for money.

    The complex is very safe and secure and the security guards on duty were very helpful in guiding us. We absolutely loved the proximity to the sea, how well the unit was equipped.

    Provide body corporate rules with telephone number in the unit, should there be a concern that needs to be addressed. At our time of stay the only issue we had were noisy neighbours who I asked to quiet down at about 01h00am. This is of course beyond the owners' control, however it will just be great if one could have a set of body corporate rules to refer to and an emergency contact number (e.g. security/police/trustees etc.) should the matter escalate.
