    L'hôte nous a appelé au moment où nous devions récupérer les clefs pour nous annoncer sèchement que l'appartement n'était plus disponible. Quand nous lui avons expliqué que nous venions d'arriver a Casa avec 2 enfants il nous a extrêmement mal parlé et nous a accusé d'avoir utilisé une carte frauduleuse pour réserver et a fini par nous raccrocher a la figure, nous laissant donc a Casablanca en plein mois de juillet sans logement.

    Very stressful experience for a travelling family despite the apartment looking suitable on arrival.

    The apartment itself appeared clean and well presented on arrival.

    Unfortunately, our experience became very distressing shortly after check-in. After a long day of travelling, my young children were tired and crying, and instead of being given time to settle and rest, we were asked to leave the property. The situation was handled in a way that felt lacking in understanding and compassion toward families travelling with children. We were left having to urgently find alternative accommodation late at night, which caused significant stress for my family. I believe that if a property is advertised as suitable for families, hosts should be prepared to show patience and understanding toward tired children after travel.
