    Would not recommend and will never stay there again.

    Location was great. The entrance is not clearly marked, so it was hard to see exactly where it was.

    Black mould in bathrooms. Key was on the wet ground across the road on a pole. I don’t know why it was wet but it smelled and the key was sticky. Code was hard to put in once I eventually found the padlock. Did not get instructions for check out. Never saw any other staff. Only the cleaning staff that barged into the room Cleaning staff scared my sister in-law and tried to kick us out a day early.

    Disappointing with how much it cost. Only upside was the bed was comfy

    Location was great

    Not very clean, bathrooms had mould on walls and roof and one was really hard to shower in as you couldn’t move the shower head, lots of lights didn’t work, lounge/sofa bed in loungeroom couldn’t really be used as it collapsed if you lent on it when sitting.

    Comfortable apartment close to the city

    An excellent location that gives you access to the city centre as well as the bars and eaters of the Surry Hills. It was a large apartment with plenty of space. It had a fully equiped kitchen, clothes washing machine and dryer.

    Many of the light fittings were not working or were not fitted to the ceiling properly. This should be an easy fix. The key instructions need to be updated as the tree the lock box was supposed to be attached to has been cut down.
