    Good location and quick access to the highway. Lots of tree and lots of space

    We had 4 people stay out of our original 7-person booking, and enjoyed the overall space and facilities. While we understand locking off unused bedrooms when a group is smaller, parts of the house were locked in a way that restricted us to only 1 bathroom. Having access to 2 bathrooms would have made our stay much better. Clearer communication on locked areas would greatly help future guests.

    Spacious house on quiet street, easy to get around and great for the dogs. Great hosts.

    Location very easy to get places. Fully enclosed separate back and front yards that the dogs had so much fun exploring. Plenty of on street parking plus room for 3 cars inside the gates. Double glazing meant that there was very little traffic that could be heard from the motorway. Location is on a quiet street walking distance to local shops. Covered outdoor area with table and chairs, plus lawn area and garden beds.

    Garden beds a bit overgrown - but the dogs had fun exploring them. Because the living area had good blinds but no curtains it was a bit echoey when the family got loud.

    There was plenty of space for the family. Enough pots, pans and utensils for cooking.

    Insufficient heating or blankets for winter. Mould present in bathroom. TV not connected or working. Some furniture poor quality.

    Would not recommend to anyone

    To be honest there was nothing to like about the property. We decided that we could not stay due to the conditions and left and sound alternative accomodation.

    Smell of back rooms Dirty bathrooms Lack of heating Thin linen and towels Sticky cupboards No milk, coffee, tea or sugar
