    Would certainly stay again.

    The location was excellent for access to the MCG and Rod Laver Arena. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

    A small guide referring to the closest cafes, supermarkets, restaurant recommendations in the area, how to get around would be useful. Also the stairs may cause an issue for young children or older people as the access handle is on the narrower edge of the stair treads to access the bedrooms. Perhaps noting that all the bedrooms are upstairs in the listing would be helpful.

    The location was great. The apartment could also be great if repairs and maintenance were kept up.

    The location

    I asked for two sets of keys when I booked the apartment, I was told to contact them in August, was then told to contact them within 24 hours of our booking and pay $55A dollars which I did. On picking up the keys there was only one set. Two phone calls and one message later we got the second set the next day. They said they would refund the $55, still waiting. If you are renting a three bedroom apartment, I think that 3 sets of keys should be available. When we got up the first morning we noticed ants coming in under the door from the hallway. Bought ant spray and got rid of them. They were lots of light bulbs out and a few of the door handles were loose. The air conditioning/heating was not working in two of the bedrooms, which made them very cold. The air conditioning unit was outside the Queen bedroom, every time it started up, it made very loud noises waking the people up. The shower in the bathroom would sometimes loose all pressure and go cold.
