    Location is good

    The beds were extremely small, and the bathrooms were also very cramped. One of my family members even fell off the bed because the bed was so small. The bathrooms were so tiny that when you stood inside, you would practically touch the towel rail. Another major issue was the garden. In the listing, we were shown a garden, which gave us the impression that it was part of the apartment. However, we later found out that it was a shared communal garden used by four different apartments in the building. When I raised this issue, I was told that there was also a balcony. However, later they told us that a balcony was not actually available with our apartment. The chair provided was also broken. We sent them a picture of the broken chair, but they did not respond. The towels were also in very poor condition. They were extremely worn out and looked old and overused. When I initially complained about the towels, I was simply told to wash them. Later, they sent only two large towels, which was not sufficient for our family. Overall, the accommodation was not as it was presented in the listing, and we were very disappointed with the size, condition, cleanliness, facilities and the way our concerns were handled.

    Sitio muy agradable. Con tener un poco de interés, lo comentado arriba se resuelve con facilidad...

    Barrio muy tranquilo, ideal para visitar Londres.

    Las sartenes estaban desgastadas y era dificil cocinar con ellas. El lavavajillas presentaba una goma suelta y no lo usamos por precaución. Nadie había sacado la basura anteriormente y nos tocó hacerlo a nosotros. Son detalles a mejorar que con una buena comunicación con la persona que limpia se deberían de solventar con facilidad. Todo fue reportado a la propiedad y recibimos respuesta por mail, pero nadie se desplazó a reparar los temas.

    Great house specially for family. Overall, quite specious and clean. Will definitely stay again!

    Specious rooms and well maintained.

    Tv was a bit annoying to connect it.
