The location is great for getting around to all the places we wanted to see.
It was clean and airy and had everything we needed.
Not the property owners fault but being on the main road in a heatwave having to have windows open the traffic was very noisy when you come from a quiet village!

Overall, the house was not as described and is very overpriced, extremely disappointed, need refund
The communication about the house was very prompt and the key details and timings were all very clear.
But the description and photos of the house were very different to what we found. The spacious 3 bedroom house for 7 people is not how I would describe it. The living room smelt musty and only had seating for 4 people on the sofa – we had to take chairs from the kitchen to sit on so we had more space. The carpet had stains on which I suggest is deep cleaned before other people go in. The room was quite empty and certainly could have fitted a cupboard or additional seats in to make it more homely. The kitchen units were nice as per the photo but the fridge and freezer were connected together by extension cables which I am sure you should not do. Skirting was missing also. The kettle did boil to start with and then it stopped working, so we had to boil water in a pan for our tea. The garden was very overgrown and needed weeding and things throwing away, an old stool and old plant pots littered the decking. The decking had broken glass on from the lights which were strung over the garden – again, remove them as they looked horrible due to half the lights missing. Cigarette buts were all over the artificial turf along with a pot of them on the table….again, clean it all up. Not sure why there is a gate leading from the garden to the next house behind as well as a cable between the 2 houses down the side the shed, all quite odd. By the side of the house, was an old office chair and 2 stools, again, clear it up. The bedrooms had no drawers or cupboards, just a rail with a few coat hangers to hand clothes. The front bedroom curtains were hanging off the rail and were a struggle to pull to. An extension cable was used from the corner of the room to the bedside table – this is a trip hazard in the middle of the night. Also, screws were missing off the door handle as it came off in my hand when I tried to close the door. All doors in the house had locks on (no keys) – even the living room. I have never seen this before, all very odd.
