    Could be good but was not

    The property was a good size and staff sorted out some of the issues raised. Had potential but didnt make the mark.

    Not well equipped, house could sleep 8 but only had three cups and two forks. This was corrected the next day. Only seating for 4 people in living room, one sofa as pictured on listing and a single chair, not two sofas. Five of use staying but only given 4 towels, no more given when requested. Heating not working, did raised this but was told it was on a timer, in fact the pressure was low and therefore never worked. Ensuite bathroom, 'Do not use' was written in sharpie on the door, nothing had been mentioned about this and when questioned was told there was a leak, was later told it was fixed and OK to use. Shared bathroom on the top floor not usable unless you wish to expose yourself to everyone in the flats opposite as has a standard window with no blind.

    Superb

    Location and price friendly.

    Facility should consider finishing the construction.i.e. room. Also, new iron board must be replaced. That is small investment but will make good impact. Additionally, wall on the ground floor near the stairs was damaged before check in, this will make costumers anxious when they've deposited £200 prior! Just a suggestion; remainder everything was great. Loved it..
