  Some of the fixtures fittings clearly need attention/maintenance/repair and detracted from an otherwise lovely stay.

  Well appointed farmhouse in a convenient location.

  It was very conveniently situated for us to attend a fiftieth wedding celebration, we could walk to the venue. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, but the location itself boasts some useful facilities, such as a supermarket, take aways and restaurants. It was also very convenient to visit a variety of beaches and sights in Pembrokeshire. The farmhouse itself was very nicely appointed with lovely touches such as a variety of games to play, bedrooms with televisions and the two bathrooms were equipped with towels and toiletries. The furniture was comfortable. Including the beds, and there were lovely touches such as throws and cushions for comfort. The kitchen was very well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine, lots of matching crockery, glasses etc. The house was very clean and the small garden well tended. It was a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

  4 bed farmhouse rental, Kilgetty

  Size of the property, locationand facilities were fine.

  As I am involved in Health & Safety, I came across a few safety hazards in the property. The blue lamp next to the tv, the power cable supplying it was racing where it goes into the base. We could hear it sparking, so we left that unplugged. The upstairs bathroom, the electric shower was dangerously loose on the wall, which could allow small fingers behind or cause a fatal electric shock. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. The downstairs bathroom, the showerhead was held together with a bandage which didn't look very professional. The kitchen, the wooden plinth under the sink base units kept falling out onto the floor constantly and needs to be fixed back on. There was no fire extinguisher available in the kitchen in case of fire. The bed in the main bedroom did not have a mattress protector fitted leaving some nasty stains visible.
