    So disappointed...felt messed around and caused unnecessary stress

    Booked over a month in advance and commited without refund. A few days before arrival, I got an request to move property due to contractors having to be in the property. Really not sure why they couldn't have scheduled another time. After agreeing to move to another property, my booking got cancelled at around 4am on the day of arrival. I had 2 families, 9 people of which 6 were young children without anywhere to stay in Manchester which was extremely stressful and inconsiderate. I had lots of emails and conversations via booking.com chat about the booking was ok and ready and I didn't have to worry....it was eventually cancelled. Wasn't a pleasant experience

    The building looked nice from outside to inside. Very spacious living room for a group of 9. Rooms were comfy and had everything we needed in the house. Parking was great, lots of space for cars in front of the building. Communications from the owner were really good, and we were well informed about everthing. Thank you.

    The Neighbours kids were very nosey. Kept looking at what we were up to.
