    Affordable group stay

    Comfortable rooms, nice open living area. Clean.

    They require a security deposit and identity documents to be provided in an external link, that goes against Booking.com policies. One room was locked and we had to call to get the details. Despite advertising fireplace, they do not provide firewood. One shower was out of order, we weren't notified before the stay.

    Get away with my Grandsons was ruined, and managing agents when contacted did not care.

    Was a disaster from arrival to departure, only 4 bedrooms available when arrived, was fixed when I called and was given a code to open 5th bedroom, middle of winter and house is not heated properly, had to put grandsons to bed at 7:00pm so they could get warm. 2 out 4 bathrooms not working properly, hot water did not get hot, permeated with a curry smell, dirty cutlery and crockery. Overall cleanliness not great!!That was a very quick summary!! Customer Service when contacted didn't care.
